What does it take to be a great dating representative?

• You need to have a broad knowledge of American popular culture, including film, music, television and literature.
• You need to be socially savvy and aware of the subtleties of flirting.
• You need to be a good writer.
• You can't be too sentimental working here. You need take the side of the client who hires us, which means that, at times, you need to be mercenary in your pursuit of their goals.
• You need to have a positive, can-do attitude.
• You need to be results-driven and efficient with your time and your clients' time.
• A liberal arts education helps, but is not strictly necessary.
